Sandwiches - Cheese - Garlic Cheese
8 slices French bread2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded jack cheese
Combine cheeses. Spread bread with margarine or butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place under broiler until toasted. Cover toast with cheeses and place under broiler until bubbly.

2 slices bread 5 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 pound feta cheese 1 large tomato 2 teaspoons oregano - finely chopped freshly ground black pepper Brush 1 side of bread slice with some oil. Place under broiler until bread starts to toast. Cut enough 1/4-inch-thick slices from feta to cover 2 slices of bread and cut tomato into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Put a slice of tomato on each slice of bread. Sprinkle with oregano, pepper, and salt. Cover with feta cheese. Place under broiler until cheese starts to bubble.
