Sandwiches - Beef - Lum's Ollieburger

3 tbl. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbl. soy sauce
1 tbl. A-1 Steak sauce
1 tbl. corn oil
1/2 cup canned beef broth
1 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix the above ingredients. Take 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. ground round and shape into 3/4" patties thick, and 3-1/2" round. Place in a covered container and pour the marinade mixture over them. Refrigerate 12 hours. Turn the patties frequently.

Remove from marinade, and sear over high heat to seal in juices, then turn down the heat and cook to desire doneness. For more flavorful burgers double the ingredients, except the broth, reduce it by half.

1 lb Ground Beef 1 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp prepared mustard 6 oz beer (optional) salt (to taste) Combine ground beef, pepper, sugar, mustard, salt in the top of a double-boiler and add beer. 2.5 lbs. ground beef 2 tsp. catsup 1 1/2 tsp. mustard 1 1/2 heaping tsp. creamy horseradish 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 oz. ground yellow onion 1/4 tsp. pepper Mix catsup, mustard, creamy horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour this mixture over the raw ground beef in a large cooking pot. Fill the mixing bowl with 4 oz. of water and swish it around to get any sauce that remains in the bowl. Dump the water into the cooking pot with the beef mixture. Add the ground onion and cook over medium heat
