Salads And Dressings - Three Cheese Tortellini Salad
Salad:7 Oz. Cheese Tortellini1 Cup sliced celery
1 Cup fresh broccoli florets
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese -- cubed
2 1/4 Oz. Ripe Olives, Sliced -- drained
1 Cup cherry tomatoes -- halved
Parmesan Dressing:
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoons Dried Marjoram
Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except tomatoes; toss gently.
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, add tomatoes; toss gently.

Provolone cheese, julienne or cubed 5 oz. Genoa Salami, julienne 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Salt and Pepper to taste Cook pasta according to instructions. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, scallion, basil sand and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
