Salads And Dressings - Pasta - Confetti Pasta Salad

9 ounce package refrigerated tortellini, cooked and drained
1 cup broccoli, coarsely chopped
1 cup cauliflower, coarsely chopped
2 small carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing, fat-free ok
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated


Combine all ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Top with cheese. Yields 8 servings.

Mix dressing ingredients together. Stir dressing into pasta and vegetables. Chill thoroughly, overnight at least.
