Salads And Dressings - Mrs. Warner's Secret Salad
This is a two layer salad. You can make it with the white layer on top or the blue on top. Raspberries can be substituted for the blueberries with good results.Layer 1:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. lemon Jello
8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drain juice and set aside and add enough water to juice to make 3/4 cup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 cup canned milk
Heat the water with juice and dissolve Jello; cool. Put this and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into your favorite mold or a 9x13 dish.
Layer 2:
1 large or 2 small pkgs. cherry jello
1 can blueberries, drain juice and set aside
Add enough water to juice to make 3 cups. Heat water and juice to dissolve Jello; cool. Fold in blueberries (or raspberries) and add to the first layer.

1 (3 oz) pkg. orange Jello 1 (3 oz) pkg. lemon Jello 1 cup water, boiling 1 can Mandarin orange sections 1 can (15 - 17 ounce) fruit cocktail 1 can (15 - 16 ounce) crushed pineapple, 1/2 package (8 - 10 ounces) miniature marshmallows 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream Grated Cheddar cheese Dissolve Jellos in water and add fruit with juices. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Scatter marshmallows over top. Chill until firm. Mix sour cream and mayo together. Spread over top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

1 (3 oz) pkg. orange Jello 1 (3 oz) pkg. lemon Jello 1 cup water, boiling 1 can Mandarin orange sections 1 can (15 - 17 ounce) fruit cocktail 1 can (15 - 16 ounce) crushed pineapple, 1/2 package (8 - 10 ounces) miniature marshmallows 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream Grated Cheddar cheese Dissolve Jellos in water and add fruit with juices. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Scatter marshmallows over top. Chill until firm. Mix sour cream and mayo together. Spread over top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
