1/3 cup sour cream
3 Tbl. canned chopped green chilies, drained
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. taco sauce
9 hard cooked eggs, chopped


Mix except eggs; well. Gently add chopped eggs.

6 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled 6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded 1/4 cup candied dill pickle 3/4 cup mayonnaise 2 1/2 tsp. mustard Salt and seasoned pepper to taste 16 slices multi-grain sandwich bread Combine bacon, eggs and cheese in bowl; mix well. Add pickle, mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings; mix well. Spread between bread slices. 8 servings.
