2 (6-serving-size) large boxes lemon Jello®, made according to pkg. directions
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup pineapple tidbits
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup shredded cheese


Mix together and chill until firm. Garnish with a mixture of whipped topping and mayo (mixed half and half) and more chopped nuts.

1 large package lime gelatin 2 cups boiling water 15 large marshmallows juice of 1 lemon 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 cup pecans, finely chopped 1 cup heavy cream, whipped Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cream cheese and marshmallows; whip until blended; cool. Add lemon juice, pineapple and nuts; fold in whipped cream. Pour into shallow dish or mold and chill until firm.

1 (3 oz.) package lemon-flavored gelatin 1 cup boiling water 14 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Combine gelatin and boiling water in bowl. Stir to dissolve. Stir in crushed pineapple and juice. Chill until of egg white consistency. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into thickened jelly. Fold in grated cheese. Pour into your prettiest bowl. Chill. Garnish with orange slices if desired. Serves 10. Variation: Add 1 cup small marshmallows with whipped cream and grated cheese.
