3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Combine all ingred. in a small bowl; cover and chill thoroughly.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups (25 calories per tbl)

1 1/2 Cups of mayonnaise 1/4 Cup of honey 1/4 Cup of sugar 1/4 cup spicy mustard 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 cloves roasted garlic 1/2 cup olive oil Mix ingredients together in a food processor until creamy. Chill.

Pour into bowl and cool. Whisk in mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. Gradually whisk in oil. Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. (Bring to room temperature before using.)
