Salads And Dressings - Gelatin - 2 + 2+ 2 Holiday Jell-o Mold

2 cups applesauce
2 cups cold Orange Juice from frozen concentrate not fresh
2 sm. pkgs or 1 lg pkg of Raspberry Jell-O


Heat applesauce in medium pan over medium heat until bubbly. Add Jell-O and mix well. Stir for one minute until all powder has dissolved and applesauce is bubbling again. Add OJ and mix well. Pour into mold and chill.

1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks 1 can mandarin oranges 1 box orange jello 1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip Drain fruit. Mix dry jello with Cool Whip until well blended. Add fruit and marshmallows and chill for at least 2 hours prior to serving.

1 can (19 oz/584ml) pineapple chunks 2 cups seedless green grapes, halved 1 large banana, sliced 1 cup toasted sliced almonds 2 cups miniature marshmallows 2 eggs 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 cup light cream 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup whipping cream Garnish: Lettuce, mint, or watercress, whole green grapes, sliced banana. In a large bowl, combine drained pineapple, grapes, banana, almonds and marshmallows. Refrigerate. In top of double boiler, mix together eggs, sugar, light cream and lemon rind.
