Salads And Dressings - Fruit - 'tangy' Fruit Salad

20 oz. can pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
1/4 cup Tang breakfast drink powder
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, sliced
2 apples, sliced
1 cup strawberries
16 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
3.4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix


In small bowl, combine pineapple juice, pudding mix and Tang. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine all the fruit. Fold juice mixture into fruit. Refrigerate before serving.

3 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix 1 cup whipping cream 14 ounces fruit cocktail -- drained 11 ounces Mandarin orange -- drained 4 ounces Maraschino cherries -- drained 6 ounces miniature marshmallows 2 medium bananas -- sliced Mix pudding as directed on package. 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese,.room temp 1/2 cup purple onion, chopped fine 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped 3 Tbl. chopped pimento 3 Tbl. ketchup 3 hard boiled eggs, large, chopped in large chunks 1/4 tsp. 1/4 tsp. 1 cup chopped pecans, or almonds Mix, chill 1 hour. Serve on wheat bread or toast.
