1/2 c olive oil (I use extra light)
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
3 T sugar
2 t salt
pinch of herbs de provance


Mix all together and refrigerate.

by Debbie Carlson(from Taste of Home magazine) 3/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1 TBS. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dried oregano pinch pepper In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigertate. Shake well again before serving over greens.

1 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 clove garlic, minced Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
