Salads And Dressings - Dressing - Island China Coast Salad Dressing

1/2 cup mayo
5 Tbl. rice wine vinear
2 Tbl. sugar
2 Tbl. sesame oil
1 Tbl. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Mix with an electric mixer, until well blended, and sugar is dissolved. Chill.

Serve with sliced chicken breast, julienned carrots, fried noodles, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges, and chives, oh, and lettuce, and red cabbage. Or, any salad combo.

24 oz. vegetable oil 3 oz. wine vinegar 4 cloves garlic 2 Tbsp. oregano 2 Tbsp. salt 2 Tbsp. pepper, freshly ground 1/3 c. orange juice 3 anchovies Put all ingredients in blender. Makes 32 ounces. Keep refrigerated. Will keep well in tightly covered jar or bottle. Shake well before using.

1 cup olive oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 1/8 cup honey 1/2 jar of Dijon mustard 1 generous dash of garlic salt 3/4 cup mayonnaise Mix all ingredients with wire whisk, until mayonnaise can not be seen. Refrigerate. Very good with chicken fingers too.
