Salads And Dressings - Dressing - Houston's Honey Mustard Dressing

1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/8 cup honey
1/2 jar of Dijon mustard
1 generous dash of garlic salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise


Mix all ingredients with wire whisk, until mayonnaise can not be seen. Refrigerate. Very good with chicken fingers too.

1/2 cup mayo 5 Tbl. rice wine vinear 2 Tbl. sugar 2 Tbl. sesame oil 1 Tbl. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Mix with an electric mixer, until well blended, and sugar is dissolved. Chill. Serve with sliced chicken breast, julienned carrots, fried noodles, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges, and chives, oh, and lettuce, and red cabbage. Or, any salad combo.

1 tsp Salt 2 tbl Red wine vinegar 1 tbl Balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp Black pepper 6 tbl Olive oil 1 small Garlic clove, minced 1 Scallion -white and green parts -cut into 1/8" rounds 2 tbl Parsley, chopped Stir the salt into the vinegar. Add the mustard and stir. Add the pepper and olive oil. Whisk or shake in a tightly covered jar until blended. Can be prepared to this point up to 1 week ahead and refrigerated. Add the garlic, scallion, and parsley. Shake well and serve. Can be prepared
