1 Tbsp. Penzeys creamy peppercorn dressing mix
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sour cream


Mix dressing mix with water and vinegar and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Whisk in remaining ingredients.

3/4 cup plain yogurt 2 cloves garlic 1 small jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced 3 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) 1/2 tsp. ground cumin salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and let stand for 2 hours before serving. About 1 cup NOTE: Wear gloves when stripping the seeds and stem from the pepper, or do under running water.
