1 medium ripe banana cut into chunks
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice


Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and process until smooth. chill. Serve with fruit

Submitted by: Gary Royse Makes 1 cup Prep Time: 10 Minutes Ready in: 10 Minutes 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup white or dark balsamic vinegar 1 clove crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground mustard 1 pinch salt ground black pepper to taste In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, and mustard powder. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Stir in minced fresh herbs if desired. Makes 6 servings
