Salads And Dressings - Broccoli - Broccoli Salad

6 cups chopped raw broccoli
1 cup of mayo
4 or 5 strips of crumbled bacon
4 Tbsp of red onion
8 oz of grated cheddar cheese


Mix all ingredients. Enjoy. Has about 3 carbs per 1/2 cup serving

2 heads broccoli, cut into tiny florets (reserve stems for another use) 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup raisins 1 cup peanuts 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sugar 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar Combine salad ingredients except for bacon and peanuts (if bringing the salad elsewhere, put the bacon and peanuts in separate baggies). Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl and toss with salad.Refrigerate until 1/2 hour before serving and toss with bacon and peanuts just before serving.

1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped fine 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup onions, chopped fine 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Sunflower seeds (optional) Combine all the above ingredients. Sauce: 1 cup mayo 1/4 cup sugar 2 Tablespoonse white vinegar Mix sauce and combine with salad just before serving.
