Ground Beef
Taco seasoning packet -- Taco Bell 3 carb gms/serving
cheese
lettuce
oil
vinegar


Take ground beef and season with salt garlic. After browned add taco seasoning. Once the beef has been completely covered with seasoning add cheese. While the cheese is melting take lettuce and toss with as much oil and vinegar that you may desire. Once completed toss salad with beef.

1 lb ground beef 1 pkg Lowry's Taco 3/4 C water. 1 head iceberg lettuce 1 1/2 C diced tomatoes 1 C diced onion 1 C sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 C Jack cheese, shredded 3/4 C thousand island dressing 15-oz can drained kidney beans diced avocado corn chips (added at the end) Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add taco mix and water and simmer 10 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients and top with beef.
