Salads And Dressings - Ambrosia

1 (8 ounce) cottage cheese, small curd
1 (3 oz.) package orange Jello®
12 ounces Cool Whip®
1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges


Mix together all ingredients. Chill 2 hours before serving. Make the same day or will separate.

Option: Can use any fruit with the same flavor Jello.

3 cups of rhubarb, cut into pieces 1 cup water 1 cup of diced celery 1 cup of chopped nuts 1 cup of sugar 1 3-oz. package raspberry flavored Jello Cook rhubarb in the cup of water about 10 minutes until rhubarb is tender. Add the Jello and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool until syrupy, Add celery and nuts. Chill until firm. Do not try to mold this salad.

1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks 1 can mandarin oranges 1 box orange jello 1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip Drain fruit. Mix dry jello with Cool Whip until well blended. Add fruit and marshmallows and chill for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
