Rice - Quick Lunch

1/2 cup water
1 tsp. margarine
1 beef boullion cube
1/2 cup instant rice
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 handful shredded cheddar cheese

Combine water, margarine, boullion cube, and mushrooms in a small saucepan.Bring to a boil. Add rice, stir, bring to a boil again, cover, remove from heat. Let sit 5 minutes.

Empty rice and mushroom mixture onto microwave plate. Top with handful of cheddar cheese. Nuke for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
