4 cups beat juice (strained)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1-1 3/4 oz box Sure Jell
6 cups sugar


Bring to a boil the beet juice, lemon juice and Sure Jell, stirring constantly. Add the sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Boil 3 minutes. Pour into prepared hot jars and seal at once.

Makes 4--8oz jars
