Poultry - Turkey - Turkey Marinade

1 clove crushed garlic
3 Tablespoons orange juice (I use pineapple/OJ)
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
dash of cayenne if desired
1 lb raw Turkey (ground, breast meat, tenderloins)

Combine ingredients. Let stand for 1 hour. (If using ground turkey, form into burgers & squeeze extra marinade out.) Grill, baste and serve. Discard leftover marinade.

1 pacakge turkey breast slices 2 egg whites 1 Tblsp milk or water 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 cup pasta sauce 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced Preheat oven to 400°. In a shallow bowl, beat egg white with milk or water. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then into bread crumb mixture.
