Poultry - Turkey Sandwich - Turkey Caesar Wraps
3/4 cup Creamy Caesar dressing4 flour tortillas or lavash (flat) bread
12 leaves Romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing over entire surface of one side of each tortilla or flat bread. Place 3 Romaine lettuce leaves on each tortilla or bread pressing them into the dressing. Place turkey and roasted red peppers on one half side of each tortilla or bread. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over all. Tightly roll up, starting with the turkey side. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
Before serving, unwrap and cut each roll in halves, quarters or 1 1/2 inch bite size rounds.
