Poultry - Turkey Casserole - Turkey Surprize

1 cup Turkey (or chicken) in bite-sized pieces
1 cup Frozen peas
1/2 sm. Onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar, shredded (optional)
1 sm. bag regular potato chips, crushed
1/4 cup fat-reduced salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Mix all ingredients in oven-safe casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until hot and starting to brown around edges.
