Poultry - Turkey And Stuffing Pie

1 egg -- beaten
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup butter or margarine -- melted
5 cups herb-seasoned stuffing cubes

1 can (4oz) mushrooms stems and pieces -- drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
3 cups cubes cooked turkey
1 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 (12oz) jar turkey gravy
5 slices American cheese -- cut in strips

In a large bowl, combine the egg, broth and butter. Add stuffing; mix well. Pat onto bottom and up sides of a greased 9" pie plate; set aside. In a skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Sprinkle with flour; mix well. Add the turkey, peas, parsley, Worcestershire and thyme; mix well. Stir in gravy. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 min. Spoon into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Arrange chesse strips in a lattice pattern over filling. Bake 5-10 min. longer or until cheese is melted.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked egg noodles 2 Tbl. butter 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. chopped cooked turkey 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook pasta 8-10 mins until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter. Saute mushrooms for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in turkey, soup, and sour cream. Place noodles in 9x13 inch dish. Pour sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 mins. or until sauce is bubbling.
