Poultry - Tangy Citrus Chicken

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2-1/2 pounds)
1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 c honey
1 t rubbed sage
1/2 t ground mustard
1/2 t dried thyme
1/2 t lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350.

Place chicken breasts in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour half over chicken.

Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes. Turn chicken; pour remaining sauce on top.

Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.

Makes eight servings.

Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals 268 calories, 70 mg sodium, 78 mg. cholesterol, 31 gm carbohydrate, 29 gm protein, 4 gm fat.

Diabetic Exchanges: 4 very lean meat, 2 fruit.

4 limes 1 whole chicken 1/4 c. cooking oil basil, oregano, salt and pepper potatoes carrots broccoli, mushrooms or any other vegetable you may like Preheat oven to 350° F.Squeeze juice from 4 limes. Add oil and seasoning; mix well. Pour over chicken and inside cavity and marinate for one hour (this should be done in baking dish). After one hour, place in 350 degrees oven. Precook vegetables and 20 minutes before chicken is cooked, place vegetables around chicken and let them cook in the juices.
