6 Oz Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate -- undiluted
1/2 Tsp Dried Marjoram
6 Skinless boneless chicken breasts -- excess fat removed
1/4 C Water
2 Tbsp Cornstarch

Combine thawed orange juice and marjoram in shallow dish.

Dip each breast in orange juice mixture and put in Crockpot.

Pour remaining sauce over breasts.

1 pound cooked, sliced chicken 3 (3oz) packages Oriental flavor instant Ramen noodles Peanut sauce (recipe and ingredients below)1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup snow peas 1 cup bean sprouts 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts drained 1 recipe peanut sauce (to follow) 6 to 8 cups torn lettuce leaves Chopped dry roasted peanuts optional Chopped fresh cilantro optional Ramen noodles: Cook noodles in 4 cups boiling water for 3 min. Add spice packets; set aside 5 min. to absorb flavors. Drain well. Refrigerate until ready to assemble. Peanut Sauce: 1 tbl.

1 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix 8 chicken thighs Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together the orange juice, onion soup mix, soy sauce, and garlic powder; Set aside. Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Place chicken thighs into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Pour the orange juice mixture over. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the preheated oven, basting every half hour. If using boneless chicken, reduce cooking time to 1
