Poultry - Lemon Mustard Chicken

Using Thighs, 6 thighs

Mix together:
3/4 cup brown spicy mustard
2 T lemon juice
1 teaspoon lime juice


Season bread crumbs with basil and thyme salt and pepper (or use seasoned bread crumbs)

Preheat oven to 350° F.

1 cup Honey 1/2 cup lemon juice boneless chicken breasts Take the skin and the fat off from the boneless chicken breasts. Lie flat in single layer on a greased baking dish or pan and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degrees F. oven. Then pour on the honey-lemon sauce and bake for 15 or 20 minutes more. Bake chicken until golden brown or until juices run clear. Cooking Note: Could add salt and pepper to chicken if desired.
