Poultry - Judy's Crockpot Chicken And Broccoli

1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
4 skinless chicken breasts cut up
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups chicken flavouring or one can of broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp almond flavouring
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups blanched almonds
1/2 cup of mild Cheddar and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese mixed together


Put the first two ingredients in crockpot.

Mix up the next four ingredients then pour over chicken and broccoli.

Mix the next four ingredients together and sprinkle over the food already in the pot.

Top with garlic flavoured croutons

Bake at low for 8 -10 hours

1 whole chicken whole, cut up 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp salt 6 oz frozen lemonade 3 tbl brown sugar 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 3 tbl catsup 2 tbl cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water Dredge the chicken in flour mixed with salt . Shake off excess and brown in a hot skillet . Remove chicken and put in the crockpot. Mix the lemonade, brown sugar, vinegar (use regular vinegar if you prefer) and catsup and pour over the chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. When ready to serve, remove the chicken to a warm platter and thicken the sauce

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or mix basil, oregano, crushed red pepper and garlic powder to equal same) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the Italian dressing, spices and the grated cheese. Put the potatoes on top or around the chicken. Sprinkle with the rest of the dressing, spices and cheese. Cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours, or until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
