Poultry - Crockpot Apricot Chicken
Chicken1 small jar apricot preserves
1 small Russian dressing
1 package dry onion soup mix
Mix preserves, Russian dressing, and onion soup mix. Add chicken.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Cook in crock pot until done.
Serve with rice.

Add cheeses and spices; stir. Add chicken. Cook about 2-3 hours on high or 3-5 hours on low. Add wine during last 1/2 hour. Cook noodles as directed. Serve chicken

2 onions, chopped 2-3 carrots, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 2 tsp. each salt & pepper 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme 3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes peas 2 1/2 lb. Fryer 4 cups water 1 cup noodles Place all in Crock-Pot except noodles in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. (High 4-6 hours) One hour before serving remove chicken, cool and pull meat from bones. Return to soup. Add noodles, turn to High and cook one hour.
