Poultry - Chicken Sandwich - Creamy Chicken Spread

1 1/2 c chopped cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt


Place all ingredients in a food processor and process untl coarsely chopped. Use as a sandwich spread or serve with crackers.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Warm tortillas according to package directions. Divide and layer the lettuce and chicken mixture on the tortillas. Roll up. Fasten with toothpicks, and cut diagonally in half. Per serving: (2 halves): 207 cal, 2g fat, 40mg
