Poultry - Chicken, Ranch Dressing Style

4 Chicken Breasts, boned
1 Cup Prep. Ranch Dressing
Salt
Pepper
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
Seasoned Paprika
1 Tbls Garlic Powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bone and cut up chicken breasts.

Dip each into Ranch dressing and place in a foil-lined pan. Sprinkle heavily with the other ingredients and bake for 1 1/4 hours.

4 c cooked chicken 1 clove garlic, minced 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1 (4oz) can chopped green chiles 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Saute the onion in 2 tbsp vegetable oil until soft. Marinade1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt Ingredients1 (3 lb.) frying chicken (or the equivalent in pieces) 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. flour 1 tsp. ground white pepper Skin chicken; remove excess fat and chop into bite-sized pieces. Marinate in soy sauce and lemon juice for at least 2 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator. Combine flour, salt, paprika and white pepper in a large Ziploc bag. Toss the cut up bits in the seasoned flour and fry at 365 degrees until brown and crisp.
