Poultry - Chicken - Ranch Baked Chicken

6 whole split chicken breast (bones and skin)
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon salt


Marinate chicken in ranch dressing overnight.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine cheese, bread crumbs, and spices; mix well. Coat the marinated breasts in the breading mixture and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1/4 tsp. salt, preserves, vinegar, and pepper, stirring
