Poultry - Chicken - Parmesan Chicken By Cssr215

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-4 pounds) cut-up

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika and pepper. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs and milk. In a third bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Coat the chicken pieces the flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture.
Place in well-greased 15x10 inch x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 cup plain yogurt 2 Tbsp flour 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese paprika Preheat oven to 350° F.Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.Combine yogurt, flour, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and Parmesan and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour, or until chicken tests done with a fork.

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon white-wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- (5-oz each) 1 1/2 English muffins (not sandwich-size) 3/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1 1/2 oz) 1 tablespoon unsalted butter -- melted Special equipment: parchment paper Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Whisk together mustard, vinegar, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl and add chicken breasts, tossing to coat well. Pulse English muffins in a food processor until finely ground. Add cheese, butter, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper and pulse until
