Poultry - Chicken - Oven Fried Chicken By Joy

6 chicken breast -- halved
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Melt margarine in roasting pan in 425 oven. Combine dry ingredients. coat chicken with flour mixture. Place skin side down in melted margarine. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Turn. Cook for 20-25 minutes more.

1/4 t. pepper 1/2 c. flour 1 chicken cut up 1 1/2 t. salt 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 t. chili powder 1/3 c. melted oleo 1/2 t. dried oregano Mix the first six ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, them roll in cornmeal mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Drizzle with oleo. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield: 4-6 servings. Oven Fried Chicken 3-5 pounds of chicken pieces 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. parmesan cheese 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 1/2 t. garlic powder
