Poultry - Chicken - Honey Mustard Chicken

4 Tyson® boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon paprika
8 thin lemon slices

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Preheat oven to 375 F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken breasts in single layer in prepared pan; sprinkle breasts with paprika. Place 2 slices lemon on each breast. Bake for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small microwavable bowl, combine honey, mustard, onion, lemon juice and curry powder; stir to mix well. Microwave sauce at High for 2 minutes; stir.

After breasts have baked for 30 minutes; drain and discard juices. Spoon sauce over chicken in pan. Bake at 375 F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until well done.

2 tablespoons cornstarch 14-1/2 ounces chicken broth 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves 1 large carrot -- cut into 2" matchstick-thin strips 1 medium red onion -- sliced 4 cups hot cooked rice -- cooked without salt In bowl mix cornstarch, broth, honey, and mustard until smooth. Set aside. In medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Return chicken to pan. Add carrot and onion. Reduce heat to low. Cover

1 whole roasting chicken 1 box Stove Top stuffing salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup warm honey Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash chicken. Cut giblets up with seasoning packet from stuffing mix. Cook as directed on package. Stuff chicken with prepared Stove Top stuffing. Put in roasting pan to which a thin coating of water has been added to the bottom; season chicken to taste. Cover and bake at 350º F. for 1 hour. Take chicken out of the oven; brush chicken with the warm honey. Return to the oven and bake an additional 25 to 30
