Poultry - Chicken Grilled - Grilled Honey Lime Chicken
1 lime, juiced2 Tbs honey
1 tsp cumin
handful of cilantro, chopped
2 Tsp olive oil, canola, or vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp grill seasoning or salt and pepper
Combine first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning blend or salt and pepper. Coat with dressing and let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or overnight overnite).
Grill chicken on an indoor or an outdoor grill. Cook 6-7 min per side over medium heat. You can also put in a nonstick skillet and cook uncovered.
Slice chicken on an angle. Serve on a crusty roll. Add toppings such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, sliced avocado, salsa.
