Poultry - Chicken - Chicken Stir-fry By Mona M

3 cups stir-fry vegetables
2 Tbsp. Kraft Catalina Dressing (could be low fat or No Fat)
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Louis Rich Teriyaki Chicken Breast Strips
1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing (could be low or No fat)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Dash garlic powder
Hot cooked Minute White Rice


Cook vegetables in 2 tablespoons dressing in medium skillet on medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add chicken breast strips, 1/4 cup dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder; heat an
additional 5 minutes. Spoon over hot cooked rice.

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Panko Flour Egg Olive Oil for frying Take about 3-4 chicken breasts that are boneless, skinless and pound them to about 1/2" thick with a meat mallet (or however thick you want your strips to be). Now slice them into strips -- again you can choose the size you want it doesn't really matter. Dredge the strips of chicken in flour until covered. Brown the strips in hot oil. Add the vegetables and cook about 4 minutes. Add the sauce and cook 2-3 more minutes.
