Poultry - Chicken - Chicken Pot Pie By T Bird

1 Pillsbury® pie crust (Red box)
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
Onion powder to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 cup canned chicken broth
2/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded potatoes
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups cut-up chicken
1 (8 oz) can petite peas

You may use any kind of chicken for this, a whole chicken, or breast fillets. Boil chicken till done and then, de-bone.

Preheat oven to 425° F.

Heat margarine over low heat, add flour, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Cook till smooth and bubbly. Take off heat.

Whisk in chicken broth and milk. Put back on heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Take off heat.

Add chicken and vegetables.

Pour into pie crust. Make a few slits in the top of the crust. Cover with foil till last 10 minutes.

Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

1 (16 oz) can mixed vegetables, drained 1/2 c milk 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 c cooked diced chicken Preheat oven to 375° F.Place one pie crust in pie plate. Save other crust. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into crust in pan. Cover withother crust. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz) small can of Veg-All, drained 1 (8 oz) small can of whole kernel corn, drained 2 1/2 cups broth Mix well. Pour into dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Crust: 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour 1 tsp. black pepper 1 cup buttermilk 1 stick of margarine, melted Preheat oven to 425° F.Mix well and pour over meat and vegetables. Bake 425 for 25-30 minutes.
