3 cups boiled chicken, diced into bite-size pieces1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. onion
2/3 cup diced celery
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips
Mix all together, except chips and pour into a 9x12 baking dish. Top with crushed chips. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
