Poultry - Chicken Breast With Stuffing

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 can (10-3/4oz) can cream of chicken with herbs soup
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup dry white wine
4 slices Swiss Cheese
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
4 tablespoons butter or margarine


Preheat oven to 350° F. andspray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.

Place chicken in dish and place cheese on top of each chicken breast.

Sprinkle with onion and garlic then top with soup, water and wine.

Sprinkle stuffing on top, dot with butter and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min., then uncovered for 30 min. more.

Boil chicken, reserve broth. Bone chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Melt 1/2 cup butter in double boiler, blend in flour. Slowly add cream and broth, stirring constantly. Add grated cheese,

Small jar of dried beef 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts package of sliced mozzarella or Swiss cheese 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 3 oz. cream cheese 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup Line bottom of very lightly greased casserole dish with dried beef. Place chicken breasts on top of beef. Place a slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast. Mix remaining three ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 deg. or until chicken is done. Uncover last few minutes to brown.
