Pizza - Fruit Pizza

1 roll Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 small container pineapple flavored cream cheese
2 cups confectionary sugar
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/2 pint strawberries, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained


Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray. Using the palms of your hands spread cookie dough on the pizza pan to edges. Bake approximately 10-12 minutes but preferably until just barely golden. Allow to cool.

Mix cream cheese and sugar and spread on cooled cookie (much like you would pizza sauce). Arrange fruit on top; a circle of oranges in the center surrounded by a circle of kiwi then stawberries and so on until the "pizza" is covered.

Glaze:1 C Orange juice 3/4 C Water 1/4 C Lemon juice 3 T Cornstarch Dash of salt 1 C Sugar Sauce:8 Oz Cream cheese 1 T Vanilla 1/2 C Sugar Crust:1 Pk Sugar cookie dough Fruit: Peaches Grapes Bananas Strawberries Kiwi Mix ingredients of glaze; cook over medium heat til boils, and thickens, then cool. Spread cookie dough on buttered pizza pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix sauce and spread over cooled dough. Arrange fruit on top and pour glaze over. Refrigerate. Fruit Pizza1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt
