Pies - Strawberry - Easter Strawberry Marshmallow Supreme

1 9 inch graham cracker pie shell
1 c Milk, scalded
12 Marshmallows, chopped
1 c Thick cream
1/2 c Chopped nuts
2 c Crushed strawberries, drained


To scalded milk, add marshmallow pieces. Let cool to lukewarm. Whip the cream and blend into milk-marshmallow mixture. Fold in nuts and berries. Pour into pie shell and chill 8-12 hours.

1 c sugar 1 c water 3 Tbsp cornstarch 1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jello 1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled 1 (9 inch) pie shell Whipped Topping Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and Jello mix well. Cook for 7 minutes stirring frequently; cool. Place strawberries in baked pie shell. Pour Jello mixture over strawberries. Top with whipped topping. Can use a Graham Cracker Crust for the pie shell. 1 pint fresh strawberries -- sliced 2 bananas -- sliced 1 small can crushed pineapple -- undrained lemon juice 2 tbl cornstarch 1 tsp vanilla 1 graham cracker crust 1 tub Cool Whip Lite® Prepare crust according to pkg. directions; cool slightly. In a small saucepan, combine pineapple (with juice) cornstarch and vanilla. Cook, stirring, till thikened and bubbly. Cool slightly. Slice bananas into bottom of cooled pie crust, and sprinkle with lemon juice to retard turning brown. Pour pineapple mixture on top of bananas. Top with sliced strawberries. Top all with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
