Pies - Pineapple - Pineapple Pie

20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (4-serving-size) package instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cool whip
1 graham cracker crust


Mix together undrained pineapple and pudding for 2 minutes by hand. Stir in sour cream and cool whip. Spoon into graham cracker crust.

1/3 cup natural pistachios 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur Grated peel from 1 orange 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened 9-inch graham cracker crust Toast pistachios in preheated 200 °F oven for 10 to 15 minutes. 1 unbaked pie crust 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 Tblsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 3 slightly beaten eggs 1 cup dark corn syrup 1 cup pecans, chopped or halves, as you prefer 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained Blend butter, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, salt, eggs, and corn syrup. Add pecans and drained pineapple. Pour into pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350° F.
