Pies - Pecan Pie

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 cup pecan halves, or pieces

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add 1 cup corn syrup, and 1/4 tsp. salt; beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pecans.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool

1 stick butter---not margarine 1 cup sugar 3 beaten eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup White Karo Syrup 1 cup chopped pecans Cream softened butter with sugar, until fluffy. Add beaten eggs, salt, and vanilla. Beat well. Mix in syrup thoroughly. Then stir in pecans. Have unbaked pie shell ready. Preheat oven to 350*. With pie shell ready, mix pie filling vigorously, pour into shell and immediately put into oven. Letting mixture sit in shell or in bowl will settle sugar to the bottom. 1 large package vanilla pudding mix 1 cup light corn syrup 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup canned milk 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare pie shell. Blend pudding mix and corn syrup. Stir in milk and eggs then add pecans. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes or until the mixture is firm in the center. Cool before serving.
