3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plus 3 Tblsp. peanut butter
1 Cool Whip (8 oz.), thawed
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
graham cracker piecrust


Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Pour in graham cracker piecrust. Put in refrigerator until set to slice.

1 Baked pie Shell 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup cornstarch 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups scalded milk 3 egg yolks beaten 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 8 oz Cool Whip® Combine powdered sugar and peanut butter. Blend until it has the appearance of biscuit mix. Spread half of mixture on baked pie shell. Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add scalded milk and mix well. Pour this mixture over beaten egg yolks and cook in top of double boiler until mixture is quite thick. Add vanilla.

8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup milk 9 oz. Cool Whip 1 - 2 Chocolate or graham cracker crust (or piecrust, if you wish) Blend first 5 ingredients and pour into 1 large or 2 small pie shells. You can grate a frozen Hershey bar on top. Refrigerate until set
