Pies - Judy's Coconut Pie

3 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 stick of margarine melted, cooled
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup coconut


Preheat oven to 375° F.

Mix all together, pour into unbaked pie shell, bake 10 minutes at 375, turn to 300 and bake until done, Set and lightly brown.
