Pies - Golden Pecan Pie

1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo® light corn syrup
2 Tbl. margarine melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup pecan pieces(not wholes, makes better pie)
1 unbaked pie shell


Preheat oven to 350° F.

In medium bowl, beat eggs, blend in next five ingredients, stir in pecans. Bake in 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until set when gently shook. Cool.

1 stick butter - Melted 1 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 3 eggs beaten well 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup pecans Add sugar and flour to melted oleo. Beat in eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and pecans. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
