Pies - Cranberry Pie

Cranberry Pie

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Layer in crust:
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped nuts

Mix:
1 egg
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour

Spread over cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serve with whipped or ice cream.

Pastry for 2-crust pie 3 cups fresh cranberries, cleaned, rinsed and dried 1 cup raisins 2/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 3 Tbsp. flour pinch of salt 1-3/4 cup sugar grated rind of 1 orange 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg 2 Tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 1 (3 oz.) raspberry or cranberry/orange jello 1/3 cup sugar 1-1/4 cup cranberry juice 1 cup fresh ground cranberries 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese 1/4 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 (9-inch) pie shell Combine gelatin and 1/3 cup sugar. Bring cranberry juice to a boil and pour over jello mixture. Stir to dissolve; stir in ground cranberries.
