Pies - Coconut - Crustless Coconut Pie

1 cup milk
1 cup coconut
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs


Put all ingredients into blender. Mix at medium speed for 10 seconds. Pour into well greased 10-inch pie pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
