3 Eggs
1 Stick Butter
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup White Sugar
3 Tablespoons Water
1 (7 oz.) Can of Coconut
1-1/2 teaspoons Vanilla


Preheat oven to 325° F.

1 stick of butter 1 cup sugar 4 ounces Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate, melted 4 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell 1 recipe Spiced Cream, recipe follows Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. In a saucepan, melt the butter. In a mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar together. Add the melted chocolate and whisk until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla and cornmeal. Whisk until smooth. Pour into the pie shell. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 30 minutes before slicing. Serve with

One 9-in unbaked pie shell 1 and 1/2 cups sugar 3 Tablespoons cocoa 1/4 cup melted oleo 1/8 t. salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk Mix sugar, cocoa and oleo. Stir well. Add eggs, and beat with mixer for 2 and 1/2 mi. Add salt vanilla and milk. Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes. Watch closely for last 10 min.
